Women Of The Arroyo

It started with one of my favorite phrases in any creative space: “Okay, hear me out…”

Isabel Reyes, our Social Media Manager, had an idea to spotlight the women at The Arroyo, our all-women interim housing site, in honor of Women’s History Month. Not through the lens of hardship, but through joy, identity, and pride.

The team rallied behind it. I had the privilege of filming and overseeing the editing of the final piece.

This wasn’t about telling stories of trauma—it was about reminding people that these women are more than what’s happened to them. They are strong. Passionate. Human.
